You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to GridChonk. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide and improve the service, including for features like content discovery and recommendations.

You agree not to upload content that:

Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Is obscene, defamatory, or harassing
Violates the privacy of others
Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities

5. AI Features and Data Processing

GridChonk uses artificial intelligence to enhance your experience, including image analysis, visual similarity search, and content recommendations. By using the service, you consent to:

Automated analysis of your uploaded content for indexing and discovery features
Processing of your search queries to improve search relevance
Use of your interaction data to personalize recommendations

AI-generated descriptions and tags are provided for convenience and may not be fully accurate. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of GridChonk require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have concerns about a charge.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GridChonk to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated systems to access the service without permission
Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GridChonk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

GridChonk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
